My Best Friend
My best friend is Lily. She is eight years old, just like me. She has short black hair and big round eyes. There is always a smile on her face.
Lily is kind and funny. We sit together in class and play together during recess. She shares her crayons with me, and I share my snacks with her. We help each other with homework. Last week, I forgot my pencil case, and she gave me her favorite pencil.
On weekends, we ride bicycles in the park or draw pictures. Sometimes, we read storybooks under a tree. Lily makes me laugh every day. I am happy to have her as my best friend!
