新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控明白纸（英文版）

一、肺炎临床表现有哪些？

患者主要临床表现为发热、乏力，呼吸道症状以干咳为主，并逐渐出现呼吸困难，部分患者起病症状轻微，可无发热。多数患者为中轻症，预后良好，少数患者病情危重，甚至死亡。

二、什么情况下需要就医?

如出现发热、乏力、干咳表现，并不意味着已经被感染了。但如果出现发热(腋下体温≥37.3C)、咳嗽、气促等急性呼吸道感染症状，且有武汉旅行或居住史；或发病前14 天内曾接触过来自武汉或其他有本地病例持续传播地区的发热或有呼吸道症状的患者；有聚集性发病或与新型冠状病毒感染者有流行病学关联，应到当地指定定点医院进行排查、诊治。

三、公众如何预防新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎?

保持手卫生。咳嗽和饭前便后洗手。保持室内空气的流通。避免到封闭、空气不流通的公众场所和人员聚集地。咳嗽和打喷嚏时使用纸巾 或屈肘遮掩口鼻。医院就诊或陪护就医时，要佩戴好合适的口罩。避免接触野生或养殖动物。

四、近期去过武汉，回到居住地后要注意什么?如出现临床症状，是否要做新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎相关检查?

回到居住地之后，2 周内居家观察，注意身体状况，配合社区、接受随访。如出现发热、咳嗽、气促等症状，及时到当地定点医院进行排查、诊治。

一、What are the clinical manifestations of the epidemic?

The main clinical manifestations are fever,fatigue and dry cough which gradually leads to dyspnea. Some patients have mild reactions at the beginning with no fever. Most of the patients have moderate symptoms. Few in critical conditions are very dangerous and can even die.

二、When do you need medical treatment?

Fever, weakness, and a dry cough are not necessarily signs of infection. However, if you are 1. experiencing subaxillary body temperature over 37.3 degrees, having cough, shortness of breath or other symptoms, 2. with a history of travel or residence in Hubei Province, 3. had contact with patients with respiratory symptoms or from Hubei Province within 14 days, 4. experienced small range of clustered disease or any respiratory symptoms, please go to the local designated hospital for screening, diagnosis and treatment immediately.

三、How can the public prevent the epidemic?

Maintain healthy hygiene habit. Wash hands often with running water,soap or alcohol-based sanitize. Keep the indoor air circulating. Avoid crowded places, parties and group activities.Correctly wear a mask if you absolutely need to attend.Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or with flexed elbow.Always wear a suitable mask. Avoid close contact with any wild or farmed animals or birds. Eggs and meat must be thoroughly cooked before consumption.

四、What precaution should be taken when returning to the residence if you have recently been to Hubei Province? If clinical symptoms appear, should pneumonia-related tests for novel coronavirus infection be performed?

Home observation for 2 weeks is absolutely necessary.Pay attention to the physical condition, cooperate with the community, receive follow-up visit from professionals. If you are experiencing fever, coughing, shortness of breath and other symptoms, please go to the local designated hospital for screening, diagnosis and treatment intermediately.
